For safety and environmental reasons, we cannot accept hazardous materials including paint, chemicals, asbestos, propane tanks, gasoline, oil, pesticides, herbicides, batteries, and medical waste. If you're unsure about an item, please give us a call at 972-914-9111 and we'll be happy to help!

We accept both cash and all major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service, after we've loaded your items and you've approved the final price. We provide upfront pricing with no hidden fees, so you'll know exactly what to expect before we start.

Yes! We offer same-day junk removal service when available. For the best chance of same-day pickup, we recommend calling us by noon at 972-914-9111. We're open 9am-9pm every day and will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Our pricing is based on how much space your items take up in our trailer. We offer five pricing tiers: Minimum ($165), 1/4 Trailer ($245), 1/2 Trailer ($425), 3/4 Trailer ($595), and Full Trailer ($795+). Heavy items like refrigerators, pianos, safes, and hot tubs may have additional fees. We'll provide a free estimate before we start loading.

Absolutely! We're committed to being eco-friendly. Whenever possible, we donate usable furniture, appliances, and household items to local charities. We also recycle metals, electronics, and other materials to keep them out of landfills. It's part of our commitment to the community and the environment.

Simply gather all the items you want removed in one area if possible - this helps us work faster and keeps your costs down. Make sure we have clear access to the items and a path to our trailer. You don't need to move anything heavy; that's our job! Just point out what needs to go and we'll handle the rest.

We prefer that you or someone over 18 is present to show us what needs to be removed and to approve the final price before we load. However, if you can't be there, we can work with you to arrange alternative payment and communication methods.
